Description
Peach • Pink Grapefruit • Floral Aromatics
A beautifully delicate washed coffee featuring a sweet peach sweetness, vibrant pink grapefruit acidity, and a crisp, floral finish. We sourced washed lots from Uraga, one of the highest-elevation coffee zones in Ethiopia, where cool nights slow the cherries and concentrate flavor. Roasted light to keep every bit of that character intact, then freeze-dried in an aerospace-grade freeze dryer within hours of brewing — so 92% of the aroma survives the trip to your cup.
